In 2019, Kat B was invited into the world of real estate. After earning her license in September of that year, she knew one thing for certain—branding mattered, but not just for recognition. It needed to mean something. So she reached out to a small circle of trusted mentors, and together, With The Keys was created. At the time, it was simple—just a name, an email, and a tagline—but it carried a bigger intention from the very beginning.

Fast forward to January 2025. After earning the credentials to open her own brokerage, keeping the name felt right. It wasn’t just a brand anymore—it was the foundation of something meaningful.

On January 1st, sooner than Kat planned but exactly as it unfolded, With The Keys Realty officially opened its doors.

From day one, the heartbeat has remained the same: to walk alongside people through the entire journey.
